1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BeweSwap ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. BeweSwap is a decentralized, non-custodial interface that helps you swap tokens on the Solana blockchain.
2. Non-Custodial Service
BeweSwap never takes custody of your funds. All swaps occur directly between your self-custody wallet and the Solana blockchain via the Jupiter aggregator. We never hold, control, or have access to your private keys or assets. You are solely responsible for your wallet and its security.
3. No Financial Advice
Nothing on BeweSwap constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All information is provided for general purposes only. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any transaction. Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss.
4. Risks
Using decentralized finance carries inherent risks including but not limited to: price volatility, smart contract vulnerabilities, slippage, impermanent loss, total loss of funds, and irreversible transactions. Token prices can go to zero. You acknowledge and accept these risks. Always verify token addresses before swapping.
5. Third-Party Services
BeweSwap relies on third-party infrastructure including the Jupiter aggregator, Solana RPC providers, and your wallet provider. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of these third-party services.
6. No Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee best execution or any specific price.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeweSwap and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of funds, profits, or data.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not use BeweSwap for any illegal activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or sanctions evasion. You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. The Service is not available where prohibited by law.
9. No Token & No Solicitation
BeweSwap does not issue any token and does not solicit investment. Any token claiming to be affiliated with BeweSwap that is not linked from our official channels should be considered fraudulent.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
